Why a Journal Makes a Perfect Essay TopicHow many times have you wished that you could spend an hour writing a journal each day, perhaps even two? A journal can be the perfect way to capture and document everything that happens in your life. While I'm not the first person to suggest that you log in and record everything that happens in your life, I am the first to say that your daily journal is the best way to do it.
Begin by thinking about the essay topics that interest you. Do they relate to your life? Are they memories or experiences that you would like to share with others? Of course, the essay topics you choose will depend on what the person you're writing for needs to get across. Once you've selected your essay topics, it's time to write your journal. Log in and start your journal. You'll want to record every detail that occurs. It's not necessary to write everything down, but when you do, it will help you when the essay comes to review. Once you've finished your essay topics, just go back and check what you wrote. Do you feel you didn't put enough effort into writing the essay? No problem, just go back and pick up where you left off. Just be sure to turn your sentences and paragraphs into a journal, and you should be fine. After you finish your essay, turn your essay topics into journal entries. Now it's time to put it all into perspective. Write down your observations and what you learned during the writing process, and this will serve as your final thoughts and feedback. When you turn your essays into journal entries, you're not finished with your essay. You still need to brainstorm and create your overall theme for your essay. Decide which facts you want to include and how they are relevant to your essay topic. Do you want to discuss your accomplishments, how you met the other person or how you found out about their story? Journaling your essay topics will help you organize the information that you gather and keep it as a reference guide. Before you log in each day, make a short list of the most important things that you need to remember. Put them in a chronological order. If you want to include an argument, use your essay topic as your guide and highlight the points that are going to be your strongest points. By journaling, you are showing yourself that you are actually writing a piece of writing, and you're preparing yourself to present the essay to a reader. You're also helping yourself become better at writing. The more you write, the more you can write, and that's how it all begins. |
